Returns & Exchanges

At SHAQ®, we stand by the quality of our gear; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your registered email address.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place your items in the original box or a sturdy shipping mailer and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
